Function: Sales and Business → Sales / Business Development
Responsibilities:
Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received. Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirement:
2-4 Years of experience is desirable. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to negotiate. Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy. Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team. A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story. 6 days working and 1-day rotational week off.
